Overview

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, inspection limitations, and customer acknowledgements, apply to your use of A1 Auto Guys pre-purchase vehicle inspection services.

A1 Auto Guys provides pre-purchase vehicle inspection services to help buyers better understand the visible condition of a vehicle before purchase.

Inspection Limitations

The inspection is visual and non-invasive. We do not disassemble the vehicle, remove parts, perform mechanical repairs, or guarantee the future condition of the vehicle.

The inspection is not a warranty, guarantee, certification, appraisal, or promise that the vehicle is free from defects. Hidden issues may exist that are not visible at the time of inspection.

A1 Auto Guys does not guarantee the vehicle’s safety, reliability, future performance, title status, market value, or whether the customer should purchase the vehicle.

Scheduling

Your requested inspection date and time are not guaranteed until A1 Auto Guys confirms technician availability, seller permission, vehicle access, and scheduling.

If the seller does not allow access, the vehicle is unavailable, the vehicle is sold, or an inspector cannot be scheduled, A1 Auto Guys may need to reschedule, cancel, or adjust the inspection request.

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing the inspection report, asking questions, and making the final purchase decision.

A1 Auto Guys does not make the final buying decision for you and does not guarantee that purchasing or not purchasing a vehicle will produce any specific outcome.

Payment and Authorization

By continuing to checkout, you authorize A1 Auto Guys or its payment processor to process or authorize payment for the selected inspection service and any selected add-ons.
